Disney: Day 2, Part 1---The Magic Kingdom (Morning)

The girls had NO idea what was waiting for them as they walked through the gates into the park.
But they soon found out!
The first ride:  Winnie the pooh....a gentle/totally-little-kid-friendly ride.  They loved it!

Next up:  It's a Small World (my personal favorite for childhood).  They l.o.v.e.d. it!!!  I mean, who doesn't?  Oh, yeah, the boys don't---they were all off doing big-boy-rides.

Next up:  The Dumbo Ride---Julie took them on this (I can't do circle-rides).
Then came Barnstormer---their first actual roller coaster.  FUN!
The girls came prepared to get autographs of all the Disney characters---Donald Duck was their first.
Photo-op after the Haunted Mansion....
...and getting an autograph of Goofy after the Pirates of the Carribean.  It's funny---they have no idea (and I mean NO idea) who Donald Duck or Goofy or any other the long-ago characters are---but they were still totally excited to get their autographs!
The last ride of the morning was the Jungle Cruise.  Again, loved it!
On our way out of the park we just happened to walk smack into the afternoon parade down Main Street. This was pretty much the way the whole vacation was: Perfect timing on everything to make for a perfect vacation. It truly was perfect.
