Summer's here! (and I have a new 300 mm lens!)

  Last weekend we did a quick trip to Savannah for Patrick's HS graduation and had a blast! (eventhough we only saw Patrick for about 30 minutes...)

And the day after we got home Ellie was diagnosed with Strep.  Huh.



The above photo of Jill's mom set the mood for the weekend :)

 

 I LOVE my new lens...I took the above picture just because I could.

    

 A trip to the beach wouldn't be complete without saving at least one jellyfish.

We are re-watching all the episodes of Avatar:  The Last Airbender.  The above photo is Ellie waterbending.  She wants to be Katara :)



 

 Ellie was on Motrin the whole weekend to keep her (really high) fever down...but the fever didn't keep her down!  This girl was not going to miss playing on the beach.

 

Quincy is in her element in any body of water.  We keep a super-supply of sunscreen on-hand due to this...

 

If you look hard you can see her lack of teeth in the above photo.   They all fell out in the time span of one week! 

 

 Even when she wipes-out she is happy....as long as she is in the water all is good.
