Last week was Favorite Book Character day at the girl's school. Quincy's (current) favorite book series is The Series of Unfortunate Events (Lemony Snicket). She loves every.single.thing about the series---but she most-loves Violet Baudelaire and all of her inventions.
So, when the Big_Day came, Quincy chose Violet as the character to dress up as.
Ellie's favorite book series of all-time is the How to Train your Dragon series. She loves it because it is funny AND it is filled with animals. Her favorite character in the book is Toothless, the dragon who lost part of his tail in the first book (and the book that the movie is based on).
So Ellie went as Toothless.
And won 1st place in the costume contest :)
